At INMYHOUSE, we stand behind the quality of every piece in our collection. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Return Window Returns are accepted within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within this period.
Return Conditions Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and in original packaging. INMYHOUSE reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. A restocking fee of 25% of the item's purchase price applies to all furniture returns, reflecting the handling and logistics costs associated with large-format pieces.
Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method, as INMYHOUSE cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during the return process.
Refunds Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Non-Returnable Items Final sale and clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic documentation. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement at no charge. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and the standard return policy applies.
