All sales made through the INMYHOUSE website are subject to the following conditions.

Order Confirmation An order is confirmed upon receipt of payment. You will receive an email confirmation with your order details.

Title & Risk Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

Taxes Applicable sales tax will be calculated and applied at checkout based on your delivery address.

Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising from a purchase shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
