Shipping policy

INMYHOUSE ships exclusively within the contiguous United States.

Processing & Delivery Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery times are 7–14 business days from the date of dispatch. All orders ship from our US-based fulfillment warehouse.

Large Item Delivery Oversized furniture pieces are shipped via freight carrier. Delivery options may include curbside delivery or white-glove in-home delivery, depending on your location and selected service. A signature may be required upon receipt.

Order Tracking A tracking number will be provided by email once your order has shipped.

Damages in Transit Please inspect your delivery carefully upon arrival. Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported to us within 48 hours with photographic evidence. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for resolution.
